SIGHISOARA, ROMANIA, 13 March 2020. Veritas, a non-profit organisation set up to provide support to the Roma community in Transylvania. Since October they have been supported by an EU grant to provide medical services, job training, housing, schooling and anti-discrimination education. Pictured here is one of the few satellite dishes at the Ștefan cel Mare village in Sighișoara where only the wealthy inhabitants live with electricity and running water. Support from the Veritas Foundation is working to unite the Roma people with the rest of Romanian society.
