Cardiff, Wales. February 17th 2020. Storm Dennis, a bomb cyclone, hit the UK on Saturday, immediately after Storm Ciara, causing wide spread flooding and power outages across South Wales. Pictured is a cyclist forced to stop in Bute Park, Cardiff. Many cycle paths are now inaccessible due to the floods and cyclists have had to reroute.
