CARDIFF, WALES. FEBRUARY 3 2021. Handlebar Barista tuk-tuk. The newly refurbished solar powered tuk-tuk was brought back to life and transformed into Cardiff’s first fully electric coffee tuk-tuk. The new mobile café operates in three different locations around Bute park.
