Ralliers gather at Alexandra Gardens, Cardiff to march in solidarity with University proffessionals and academic staff. Cardiff UCU undertake local negotiations on issues such as pay and grading, restructuring
and redundancy; they are committed to stop bullying and harassment in work and they believe employers must make reasonable adjustments so that disabled staff are not substantially disadvantaged as a result of disability.
