Words and Images by Kelsey Roberts

The Valley Foxes Football Club are a girls football team based in Caerau and is the first girls football team in the Village. Being the first football team in the village has gotten a lot of the girls involved in the sport. The team formed by Andrew Hole is made up of girls aged from 8-13. The team was formed when the girls from Caerau wanted to play football but there were no teams around for them to join. Andrew took it upon his self to create the team to get girls involved in football and to keep them active. The girls had been given purple and orange kits that were chosen by them and have been sponsored by local craft store Florries and Poundland.
