Cardiff City hosted Stoke City at Cardiff City Stadium last night in a Championship clash. The first goal of the game came off the boot of Potters midfielder Lewis Baker. Stoke didn’t hold their lead for long as Cardiff’s Tommy Doyle equalized the score in the thirty-ninth minute.

Cardiff’s Jordan Hugil finished Stoke City’s hope of a win with his goal in the forty-third minute of the first half. When both sides came out for the second half there was a back and forth battle for more goals, but neither team was successful in increasing the goal tally.
