Tokyo Nights was opened by Oliver Bryant just over a month ago to bring a taste of Japan to the streets of Cardiff. Also located in Barry Island and Swansea, the latest store is nestled on the ground floor of Cardiff Market and offers a selection of handmade Japanese Gyoza’s and have been attracting a crowd. Successful trade over the past four weeks has inspired Tokyo Nights to expand it’s menu, so look out for Bento boxes and bao buns that will be available in the coming weeks.
