Cardiff City hosted Coventry City in the Championship on Tuesday 15th February 2022. With over 18,000 fans in addentence at Cardiff City Stadium to witness the Bluebirds 2-1 victory against Coventry City. A goalless first half with no goals between each side untill a goal by Cardiff City’s left back, Joel Bagan which went passed Coventry City’s Simon Moore and into the bottom right corner. Assisted by Will Vaulks. Mark Harris who was substituted on at the eughtieth minute finshed off Coventry City with the last goal of the game.
The Cardiff City victory placed Cardiff nineteenth in the Championship and twelvew points away from the relagation zone. This almost ending The Bluebirds fight to stay up in the league and secure thier place in the Championship next season.
