The Moon Venue in Cardiff city centre has been supporting local music artists and performers this week as part of Independent Venue Week, a 7-day celebration of music venues across the UK. Performances included shows by Fernquest, JayaHadADream and DJ Tim.

On Friday, 28th January, Wales moved to alert level zero, meaning gigs were finally able to resume since fresh restrictions were imposed back in December 2021. Events have been taking in over a hundred venues across the country, with artists, promoters, media and fans coming together to celebrate the art of live music.
