With COVID restrictions keeping gyms closed, weight lifting competitor Nadine Kehely from Cardiff has used her lockdown time to start her own business.

Nadine launched No Gym Jargon in the midst of the pandemic. She offers online workouts and nutritional advice and encourages others to see the importance of a healthy lifestyle when stuck at home.
